Small pastry shops/cafés (≤60 croissants/day): 1 kg format ensures freshness when cut.
Medium bakeries: 3 kg optimises €/kg with adequate shelf-life.
High-volume gelaterias/restaurants: 5 kg for maximum savings per portion. The 600 g Sac à Poche is ideal for hotels with a varied dessert menu.
Storage, shelf-life and HACCP management?
Store at 15–22°C in a dry place. Once opened, consume within 30 days keeping the product covered.

Shipping, lead times and summer SLA?
Dispatch within 72 h of order, in Italy with tracked couriers (GLS, BRT, UPS, TNT). Free shipping over €99.
From June to September all orders travel in an insulated isobox + gel pack to protect the creams from the heat. Shipments scheduled Mon–Tue–Wed to avoid weekends in transit.

We accept card, PayPal, Klarna, Scalapay and bank transfer. For verified VAT-registered customers we offer Net 30 from the second order.
