We inform you that pursuant to art. 59 D. Legislative 206/2005, as modified by the d. Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:


- order of Products made to measure or clearly personalized;


- order for Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;


- order of sealed Products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or that have been opened after delivery.




With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above, in particular, you are informed and accept that among the "Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly" are those Products of a food nature whose characteristics and qualities are subject to alteration, also as a result of inappropriate storage by you after delivery.


Without prejudice to the foregoing regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of purchasing several products delivered separately with a single order, you have received the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform Madò pasticceria S. R. L, with registered office in Casapesenna (CE), via F. Petrarch no. 43, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an explicit declaration to Madò pastry shop S. R. L , in your preferred mode. In order to facilitate the timely management of your request, we invite you to use the contact form or communicate to the e-mail address info@madohoreca assistance service. com, your decision to withdraw using the attached model withdrawal form. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the withdrawal to the e-mail address you provided when purchasing the product, containing the return form to be included in the package, and the instructions to proceed with the return of the product, to be sent within and no later than the following 14 days to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us ), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Madò Pasticcerie S. R. L receives your decision to withdraw. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you expressly request the refund to a different means of payment. In the latter case, any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment chosen will be at your expense. If you have selected cash on delivery as the payment method for the Product subject to withdrawal, in this case you will be asked to indicate the IBAN code of your bank account so that Madò pastry shops S. R. L can reimburse the payments received by bank transfer. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you demonstrate that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.


In the case of refunds before the order has been processed, Madò pastry shops S. R. L may withhold any refund handling fees.

If you have received the product, please return it to Madò pastry shops S. R. L, Via F. Petrarch no. 43, 81030 Casapesenna (CE), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal to us, using a carrier of your choice. This deadline is met if you return the product before the 14-day period has expired. The costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.


You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.




Return due to defect or non-conformity of the product


If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please notify the Customer Service at the address – Customer Service of the Seller, by e-mail at the address serviceservice. mado@gmail. com, the appropriate form correctly completed, with indication of the defect and/or non-compliance found, as well as the related documentation indicated in the return form itself (at least no. 1 (one) photograph of the Product, the order confirmation sent by us and/or the tax receipt).


 Following receipt of the form and related documentation, we will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by you and decide whether to authorize the return of the Products by providing you with a reply, containing the "Return Code", by e-mail to the address provided by you during the registration process on the Site or when placing the order.


 The authorization to return the Products will in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-compliance, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return.


 The Products whose return we have authorized must be returned by you, together with a copy of the return authorization communication bearing the "Return Code", within 14 (fourteen) days of reporting the defect or non-compliance, to following address: Madò pastry shops S. Any refund of the price paid and the relative shipping costs will be made, where possible, by the same means of payment used by you when purchasing the Product or, if you have selected the cash on delivery of the Product subject to withdrawal, in this case you will be asked to indicate the IBAN code of your bank account so that Madò pastry shops S. R. L  can make the aforementioned refund by bank transfer.
