Delivery and payment information

SHIPPING TIMES. The delivery of the Products purchased on the website www.madohoreca.com is made to the shipping address communicated by you in the order form, within 5-7 working days from the shipment of the products. To date, we can make deliveries in the territory of the Italian Republic with the exception of all smaller islands and some municipalities. You can select a day to receive the purchased Products between Tuesday and Friday with the exclusion of national holidays (such as, by way of example and not limited to, December 25 and 26, January 1 and 2, Easter, Easter Monday) and of the day immediately following. Shipping is calculated at the end of checkout. Madò pasticcerie S.R.L will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of the Products that are not predictable or not attributable to it. The delivery terms indicated above will apply exclusively to orders completed by 12:00 pm of each day. By way of example, if you complete your order by 24:00 on Monday 3, you can select Wednesday 5 as the first delivery date. While, by completing the order after 24:00 on Monday 3, you can select the first delivery date delivery Thursday 6. However, some Products may not be available for delivery on certain days of the week; therefore, we invite you to check any delivery restrictions in the relative descriptive sheet of each Product, before proceeding with the purchase. Orders placed through Sisal Pay will not be processed by Madò Pasticcerie S.R.L. before the latter has collected the relative amount, following the payment made by the buyer at one of the authorized Sisal Pay points, using the code provided by the Site following the order confirmation.
