SHIPPING TIMES

The delivery of Products purchased on the website www.madohoreca.com is made to the shipping address provided by you in the order form, within 5-7 working days from the shipment of the products.
As of today, we can deliver within the territory of the Italian Republic, excluding all minor islands and some municipalities.

You may select a day for receiving the purchased Products between Tuesday and Friday, excluding national holidays (such as, but not limited to, December 25 and 26, January 1 and 2, Easter, Easter Monday) and the immediately following day.

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Madò Pasticcerie S.R.L. will not be responsible for any unforeseeable delivery delays or those not attributable to the company.
The above delivery terms apply exclusively to orders completed by 24:00 on any given day.

For example, if you complete your order by 24:00 on Monday the 3rd, the earliest available delivery date will be Wednesday the 5th. However, if you complete your order after 24:00 on Monday the 3rd, the earliest available delivery date will be Thursday the 6th. Some Products may not be available for delivery on certain days of the week; therefore, we invite you to check for any delivery restrictions in the product description before proceeding with the purchase.

Orders placed via Sisal Pay will not be processed by Madò Pasticcerie S.R.L. until the company has received the corresponding payment, following the buyer's payment at one of the authorized Sisal Pay points using the code provided by the Site after order confirmation.
