Our Artisan Oro Nero Panettone is a soft dough from the classic recipe, made with flour, natural mother yeast, butter and fresh egg yolk, enriched with a delicious dark chocolate cream filling. The rich dark chocolate icing and Oreo grains make this Panettone a masterpiece of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS: Type "0" soft wheat flour, butter (milk), orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, egg yolk fresh, natural yeast (type "0" soft wheat flour, water), honey, emulsifiers, salt, whole milk powder, natural flavourings, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain soy, mustard and nuts.

Milk chocolate: Sugar, vegetable oils, low-fat cocoa with 10-12% cocoa butter, lactose, hazelnuts 13%, skimmed milk powder,
emulsified: soy lecithin, flavourings. May contain nuts.
